Michele Cooley MacMillan

Michele Cooley MacMillan, 69, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born in Savannah, daughter of Michael T. and Virginia Logan Storm Cooley. Michele was a 1964 graduate of St. Vincent’s Academy and attended business college. She was a loving and devoted homemaker, member of the catholic faith and happily retired at the age of 62. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Murray R. MacMillan, sister, Virginia Coder and brother, Thomas M. Cooley.
Surviving are his children, Nancy Fisher, Richard MacMillan, Lori MacMillan, Daniel MacMillan, Nicole MacMillan, Kevin MacMillan; sisters, Margaret Patton, Catherine Smith; grandchildren, Madison, MacKenzie, McCall, Mason and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 12, 2015 in the Hodgson Chapel of Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors. Burial will follow in the Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery.

I love Aunt Michele's sweet spirit and warm hugs. The best moments of my childhood were with her, and all of the cousins together under one roof - Nancy, Richard, Danny, and then baby Kevin. Fun times. We wish you guys much peace and warm memories. The Smith boys of St Simons
